Tropical Vacations Inc is a young and very dynamic eco-Conscious global travel planner and holiday company that has been operating tours, safaris, cultural and adventure holidays since 2001. We are an innovative and a specialist agent in all our areas of operations.
We pride ourselves in being able to offer you an authentic holiday experience and not just a distilled version – we are NOT a ‘copy paste’ kind of tour operator!

With over a decade of ‘’hands on’’ experience, continued research and a thorough product knowledge, we stand as one of Africa’s most experienced, competent and reliable holiday planners and tour operators of the present time. We understand the various cultural aspects of all our destinations intimately. With a representation of over ten offices worldwide and dedicated partners, we have come up with well researched and planned holiday packages, safaris and tour itineraries base on years of experience and we ensure that all our vehicles, routes, ancillary and support services are regularly inspected.

We offer a wide range of pre planned itineraries, private chauffer seat in vehicle and coach tours, fly drive packages of which you will find throughout our website. We appreciate however that you may have individual holiday requirements, so if there is any particular place you want to visit or a favourite accommodation facility you would like to stay in, all you have to do is to let us know.

What you get.

1. Detailed price information, no surprises

Our holiday programs have a price guideline enabling you to see what is included and even those that items that are not included for example departure taxes for international flights etc. These are to give you a guideline of the costs of your holiday which can fluctuate to your advantage. We suggest that you confirm with Tropical Vacations Inc, all prices at the time of booking.

We are there to assist you from the time of arrival until you depart. We arrange meet and assist, airport transfers in all our destinations with friendly staff of our ground handling operators always willing to help. This is an optional service and must be requested for at the time of booking.

2. Arrival & Departure transfers

In addition to being met on arrival, in most of our destinations, we include transfers from and to the airport/ hotel. This can be upgraded to a private vehicle exclusively for you4 use at a supplementary cost- to be requested at the time of booking.

3. Pre planned Drive In and fly in packages

All our pre planned drive in itineraries allow you to explore the destination of your choice at your own pace , whilst benefiting from a pre booked hassle free accommodation, route suggestions, return transport and all entry fees where applicable as will be advised. Our fly in programs are designed to allow maximum time spend game  viewing in the parks while limiting the time spent driving to the destinations- sometimes on bad roads!

4. Assistance 24/7

We have carefully chosen our overseas Ground operators for their ability to look after you. Their reputation for quality and reliability matches the high levels of service you would expect on any Tropical Vacations Inc. Holiday. Should you need any assistance or info during your stay, all you need to do is call- we offer 24 hour service call line in most destinations.

We maintain a continual contact with our ground partners who help us choose only the finest for you- they also enable us to exercise constant control of quality of your holiday and travel arrangements- as well as providing unrivalled service standards whilst you are at the destination.

6. Every departure is guaranteed

Tropical vacations Inc. guarantees every scheduled departure in our website/ brochure with a minimum of two pax. Once we receive your deposit, your safari will operate as scheduled. We don’t cancel or charge supplements because there are too few people on your safari!

7. Our vehicles

We have a range of fully-equipped, safari vans, luxury 4 x 4 Land cruisers, Land Rovers personally maintained in our own garage, ideal for you to enjoy the freedom of Africa on a safari, or on a self-drive holiday.  We can pre-book your accommodation or leave you entirely to your own to explore. Our safari vehicles give you the freedom with all the modern comforts you require and are equipped with guide books, binoculars, 2-way HIFI communication radio, cool boxes for refreshments, open roof hatches for game viewing and emergency first aid boxes.
