The process

Program Customization - In the dynamic business world of today, we understand that your needs are constantly changing and evolving.  After a brief interview, we will offer you a customized proposal based on your current requirements.  Whether it's an Incentive Travel Program, Corporate Meeting or Event, our team is very flexible and can accommodate any budget to ensure a perfect fit and guarantee a successful program.

Program Implementation - Once the program has been designed, agreed upon and contracted, we carefully manage your important Corporate Event to ensure that deadlines are met and obligations are fulfilled.  Our goal is to thoroughly research and implement your program components to avoid unnecessary surprises and ensure a quality experience for all.

Customer Support - We are available to support you and your important guests throughout the process.  We will keep you apprised of any updates and/or important information pertaining to your Incentive Travel Program, Corporate Meeting or Event.  We also manage the Trip Registration for you, and are available for your guests should they have any trip or travel related questions about the program:  Guests are encouraged to contact us by phone or email address for any questions or concerns about their upcoming event.  This helps free up your time and allows you to tend to the important day to day needs of managing your business.
 
Travel Documents -We include a professional travel pack for your important guests, each of which will contain airline e-tickets, hotel confirmations, trip itinerary or agenda, luggage tags, name badges, and informative destination and hotel brochures.  We can also include any pertinent information from your company, if requested.

On-Site Event Management - We also include a dedicated on-site event manager who will oversee your Incentive Travel Program, Corporate Meeting or Event, and ensure that all of the elements of your program run smoothly.  This program manager will be your liason to help with any questions, problems, or needs that you may have during your program.  They will work directly with the hotel and local staff / third party suppliers so that you can relax and enjoy your event.
