Our exclusive 14- days Yoga Program with Kerala highlights itinerary offers the opportunity to practice yoga on the most magnificent Kovalam beach along with experiencing the colours of fascinating kerala, one of India’s most vibrant regions. Explore the tranquil tropical backwaters, lined with swaying palms and simple fishing villages and an unforgettable experience of spending the nights on a unique houseboat or ‘Kettuvalom’.

Day 01: Arrive Cochin
Arrive Cochin Airport this evening. You will be met at the airport by our representative who give you a warm welcome with fresh flower garlands and transfer to your hotel by air-conditioned Deluxe Car/Coach. Your room is availabe for immediate occupancy. Overnight stay in Cochin.

Day 02: Cochin
After breakfast we leave for Cochin sightseeing visiting Jewish Synagogue (Friday & Saturday closed), built in 1568 AD. The Great Scrolls of the Old Testment, the copper plates in which the grants of privilege made by the Cochin rulers were recorded and the exquisite Chinese hand-painted tiles are of interest. St. Francis Church, India's oldest European Church was contructed in 1503 by Portuguese, Chinese Fishing Nets, strung out along the top of Fort Cochin, Mattancherry Palace or The Dutch Palace (Friday closed), built by Portugese in 1557, this palace was presented to the Raja of Cochin, Veera Kerala Verma. In the evening we witness Kathakali the traditional dance show of Kerala in its colorful costumes starting from 1830 hrs till 2000 Hrs narrating stories from the Ramayana through mudras. Overnight stay in Cochin.

Day 03: Drive Cochin / Munnar (150 km / 4hrs)
After breakfast our drive takes us to the the most popular hill stations in India Munnar, situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Post lunch we witness tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lust green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution. Our next visit is Eravikulam Wildlife Sanctuary, set up for the preservation of the endangered Nilgiri Thar (mountain goats). Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 04: Drive Munnar / Periyar (100 km / 3hrs)
Today we drive towards the finest wildlife sanctuaries in India, the Periyar Wildlife Reserve, situated on the Western Ghats covering an area of 777 Sq. Kms. This sanctuary has the largest population of elephants, besides that it has large spices of monkey, spotted deer, wild bores and bisons.

After lunch, we leave for ‘safari cruise’ on Lake Periyar, we slip slowly through the animals jungle enviroment. Overnight stay in Periyar.

Day 05: Drive Periyar / Kumarakom (185 Km / 4hrs)
After breakfast we drive to Kumarakom, where nature is all you need to recuperate, Kumarakom is undoubtedly the most invigorating, fascinating paradise in Kerala, God's own country. On arrival we check in to our backwater resort, located hidden among the palm trees on the eastern shore of Lake Vembanad. Rest of the day at leisure to laze around at the resort. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 06: Kumarakom / Allepey (By Overnight Houseboat)
Morning drive down to the jetty to commence a backwater cruise we board our Deluxe A/c Houseboat for a thrilling experience of backwater in Kerala. The whole day is spent on the houseboat exploring the backwaters. On this cruise we will pass through beautiful villages, paddy fields, churches, temples and see the village life of people. On board our crew will prepare a traditional Keralian food. Overnight stay at the Houseboat.

Day 07: Drive Allepey / Kovalam (175 km / 4hrs)
After breakfast at the Houseboat we disembark and drive towards Kovalam, often called the "Paradise of the South", famous for its fascinating beaches. On arrival check in to the yoga/ayurveda Beach resort. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 08 – Day 13: Kovalam
In Kovalam our stay is for 07 nights, where we relax on the beach. The clean white sandy beach will arouse a temptation irresistible: to lie idle on the sands and tan your body. We could get into any of the Ayurvedic massage centre and indulge in a rejuvenating herbal, body-toning massage and holistic therapies OR Practice Yoga and meditation can be learned and practiced under the guidance of a Yoga Guru. Yoga, the science of man, based on ancient Indian wisdom and culture, is an art of living a healthy, balanced, peaceful and contented life. Yoga, being a total integrated system, studies man in his wholeness - body, mind and spirit and is integrated to certain principles, ideas, values, attitudes and a way of life for personal and social benefits. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 14: Fly Trivandrum / Cochin or Chennai
We drive to Trivandrum airport, 15 kms from Kovalam to board our flight to Cochin Or Chennai, met on arrival and transfer to the international airport to Board your homeward flight or connect to your onward destination.
